  • Item was purchased in the last 14 days
  • The item is in the original packaging
  • The item has not been used or damaged

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above conditions. 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
